Rob began his career as an automotive mechanic, spending his first five years mastering hands-on repair work. To this day, he continues to maintain and repair his own vehicles—from brakes and engines to full electrical rewiring. That same attention to detail carries into every job he takes on. 

He later transitioned into the construction trades, where he quickly found his calling. Rob earned his "B" General Contractor’s license, followed by his "C-36" Plumbing license, and later his "A" General Engineering license, building a deep and well-rounded foundation across multiple trades. In an unexpected but meaningful turn, Rob and his wife founded a nonprofit organization that grew from local outreach serving young adults to outreach across seven states. As the organization expanded, it required their full time and attention. Today, with his wife successfully leading the nonprofit, Rob has returned to his roots—serving homeowners directly.
